Ok, so I didn’t do a very good job predicting the bottom three this week - but it was tough.
Most of all, I was shocked that Syesha was in the bottom three, as I really thought her performance last night was awesome - a top four kind of performance. I guess Simon had it right, after all.
I did get Jason correct, and in my view he has to show more versatility in his song choices, or I fear his days are numbered.
I didn’t have Chikezie in the bottom three, but I was not really that surprised to find him there. I was surprised that he was voted off the show last night, as I definitely thought that there were several Idols with weaker peformances last night. I really liked what Chikezie brought to the show, and I will miss him.
On a different subject, I was delighted to read that Josiah, the young contestant who was living in his car - just received a recording contract with Warner Brothers. How cool is that…..

I was surprised that Chikezie and Syesha were in the bottom three. And that Chikezie went home. I thought Jason (although I like his voice and would buy his album tomorrow) would be in the bottom three. Ramiele was weak and even Brooke didn’t perform very well. I thought Kristy did very well this week but I thought she would might end up in the bottom three. I do think they are all putting more out there and performing better. It’s past time! Song choice is so important!!! When they pick obscure songs they get criticized and even get booted off the island!
I saw that Josiah received a recording contract and a car. I had been wondering what had happened to him. That’s great!

I was dissappointed at Ramiele’s performance, everyone has been waiting for her to show how strong her voice is but it did not happened but the judges took some consideration that she’s under the weather so i thought i would listen to her studio version of ALONE… You have to listen to her studio version and judge it yourself…
